Our Client is an established contractor who works across consultancy, construction, fit out and refurbishment sectors. This role sits within their refurbishment division where they work on a national basics across private and public sectors, ranging from hotels and leisure to office, education and student accommodation.

They are currently looking for a Site Manager to run a student accommodation refit project during the summer holiday season. This is a 3 month fast track project, and requires a professional and pro-active site manager with excellent attention to detail and time management. The Site Manager will be responsible for all company staff and any subcontractor persons on site. The project will consist of an initial strip-out, and re-fit including reparation of walls, doors and ceilings, refurb of communal areas, kitchens and bathrooms and then a focus on a high quality finish throughout.

The successful candidate will be required to work 10 hours per day Monday to Friday, with weekend work a distinct possibility, so flexibility on work pattern is a must to ensure the project is successfully delivered within the time and budget constraints and to the clients complete satisfaction.
