We are looking for a suitably experienced professional to manage the recovery and enforcement of unpaid debts council tax and business rates.

Leading and managing the debt recovery team, you will ensure that all enforcement options are correctly pursued, including Enforcement Agent (bailiff) action, committal to prison proceedings, and bankruptcy and charging order proceedings.

You will also be proactive in reviewing our debt recovery strategy, processes and procedures and specifying and developing recovery system requirements.
