We are seeking a dynamic, energetic and forward thinking Sales Executive with a proven track record of Interior Design for commercial businesses, who ideally lives in the Basingstoke/Winchester area.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the Sales development of the Interior Division of the company, creating a Marketing & Sales Strategy that will keep the company competitive and innovative, regenerating Sales for the Division.

Duties will include instigating a Sales & Marketing plan for the business that will re-establish Interiors as a growing and profitable Division, identifying and creating opportunities which will increase current Sales levels including making use of existing synergistic opportunities, harmonising the approach to customers with other operatives of the Interiors Division, assisting with quotations, presentation & securing business, following all Health & Safety compliance obligations that apply on contracts & within the organisations, presenting the Board on a monthly basis on the progress against Sales & Marketing objectives, creating & developing relationships, visiting clients to understand and take a brief, create ideas, design & pitch documents with pricing back to the client.

You will be well presented, persuasive, have excellent verbal & written communication & negotiation skills, have the ability to engage with people at all levels and inspire with ideas & design, have good Planning & Strategy, be ambitious & goal driven within part of a diverse team in a competitive industry and PC computer literate.

This position would be working from home with 1-2 visits to the client site in the Portsmouth area.
