Flourishing, entrepreneurial business based in Littlehampton is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to take ownership of and drive the development of their digital marketing strategy. The role will be predominantly focused on the development, running and marketing of their own and associated websites to drive customer exposure and sales. However, this will be an evolving role and will expand in-line with business growth and success.

This relatively young business has a very impressive track record of year on year growth which is supported by a very hands-on and commercially minded team of Directors. Turnover is going from strength to strength, as is the size of their operations and reputation. This is a new position for the business and they foresee it developing into a Director level role. This person will partner them in driving the business forward through marketing activities and will be pivotal within the senior management team. This person will recruit and training a small team to support them over time.

Candidates need have:

• Relevant commercial experience and experience of managing numerous digital channels, determining and implementing digital strategy, and budgeting.
• Strong marketing skills across the digital marketing sphere.
• Strong skills in developing user experience.
• Relevant degree such as Marketing, Business Management, Business Studies etc, or relevant professional qualification.
• A highly pro-active attitude and innovative thinker.
• A desire for professional success and to really make an active difference within their next role.
