You would be working with a well-established Telecoms company who work with most of the major Mobile telecoms providors with project throughout the UK.

The role:-

For this position you would be traveling to various sites across UK (predominatley England) but may have the opportunity to work abroad on Installation and commissioning of Ciena 6500 and Transmission Equipment.

Skills and experience:-

For this role you will of course have a solid background in Mobile Telecommunication Installations (Vodafone, Ericsson, Huawei, Arquiva, Alcatel, EE etc) and have knowledge and experience of Ciena 6500 & Optical SDH & DWDM Installations. For this role you MUST either have current Security Clearance or be eligable and worked for a company in the last 3 months that was SC cleared. Hands on experience of Transmission Equipment ideally timeslot mapping and experience in the testing of transmission circuits 10GBE, STM64, 100GBE will also come into use.

The Package:-

This is an ongoing role looking to pay anywhere between £230-£290 LTD depending on experience and equipment provided. You will need to have your own vehicle and tools but a fuel card/fuel costs can be provided and when staying away accommodation can be paid for.
