We are seeking a customer centric professional with outstanding cross functional communication skills to take on a hugely exciting Global Commercial Product Launch Manager role for a highly reputable world-wide manufacturer. As Global Commercial Product Launch Manager you will ultimately be accountable for ensuring the timely execution and communication for all product launches.

So tell me more about the role: As a customer centric position your role will incorporate circa 25% travel across Europe and occasional trips to the states – yet predominantly you will be based at one of their sites in Fareham, Hampshire. The prelaunch stage can take several months so this professional will keep close contact with customers and you'll utilise your project management experience to tackle multiple tasks. You will devise key metrics, track launches, analyse metrics, lead commercial product launch meetings and act as the single point of escalation for the commercial team on all product launches globally – always continuously improving new product launch processes.

So what do I need to have? Fundamentally this role seeks a professional who naturally has commercial leadership experience with experience of successfully communicating across other countries battling other time zones! You will have gained good experience within a complex manufacturing environment and you'll have strong Project Management experience. This function is very much focussing on commercial accountabilities of a product launch, operations and engineering are taken care of by their respective launch managers – you will focus on ensuring the customers are kept up to date and completely satisfied throughout the whole launch pre and post.
