Are you an effective leader with excellent interpersonal skills experience of managing large scale change and the ability to create open and empowering practice? Do you have experience of managing health or social care services at a senior level and a drive to succeed?
This is an exciting time to come and join us. Adult Social Care in Portsmouth is in the process of changing its service model, to ensure a high quality, sustainable service that is able to meet and flex to current and future demand within the resources available to it.
As we move towards greater partnership working with health colleagues, the service now operates in a more complex environment than ever before and there is a necessity to ensure that the voice of social care is not lost.
You will proactively lead on the strategic delivery of this, and work with other colleagues at all levels internally and externally to ensure the alignment of service transformation to deliver a sustainable social care service, and act as the central point of contact.
