Reporting to: IT Business Engagement Manager

Salary: Band 12 - £41,966 - £45,719 p.a. plus a market supplement payment of £3112 to be reviewed annually

Portsmouth City Council has recently undertaken a review and restructure of its IT service and is about to undertake an ambitious, large scale strategy programme. That will only be possible with the right team in place and the restructure has resulted in a number of exciting opportunities opening up. We are looking for an experienced IT Business Partner who is a strong influencer, possessing excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills, and who has an excellent understanding of the Public Sector IT landscape and strategy within a large scale business.

You will have demonstrable success within a similar position, having been the point of engagement at a senior level between IT and the Business.

We are offering competitive base salary depending upon experience, coupled with an excellent benefits package and market supplement payment.
