Goodwood's world-renowned Motorsport events showcase is arguably the greatest car content in the world. Every year we strive to create new and unique moments for our guests.
To do this, we have a team of dedicated Motorsport enthusiasts who spend their working days absorbed in all things automotive, preparing for the Festival of Speed, Revival and Members' Meeting.

The Motorsport Content Operations Planner will assist with administration relating to the implementation and delivery of the vehicular content for these Events
This role will assist with assembling and issuing all formal invitations to the events, including mail merges and taking the lead when appropriate, on one of the headline events.

Acting as a point of contact for allocated VIP drivers attending the events you will also manage accommodation and travel arrangements where necessary.

What do you need to be successful?

• Strong administration experience with great attention to detail.
• Boundless enthusiasm and superb organisational skills.
• The ability to work under pressure in a small team
• Good negotiation and influencing skills
• Excellent communicator
