We are looking for a welcoming and customer focused receptionist to join the friendly Waterbeach Spa team, based at The Goodwood Hotel.

Your role will involve preparing the Waterbeach areas for the working day, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.You'll manage the treatment diary and ensure that the Spa is presentable and organised at all times.

What do you need to be successful?

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient IT skills are essential, along with a flexible approach to working hours
• Friendly and helpful with a 'can do' attitude

Experience of working within a salon or spa environment would also be an advantage.

This role is for 20 hours per week. This will be 2 days per week on a rota basis, and will include evenings and weekends.

Due to our rural location, having your own reliable transport is essential.
