My main responsibilities in this challenging role include establishing relationships with Southampton businesses, as well as companies further afield, maintaining an excellent working knowledge of jobs in Southampton and recruitment in Southampton and ensuring the smooth running of the branch through effective management of my team. Our main focus is Southampton recruitment which I think that I have aided by ensuring that I attend local networking events and conferences.
