Marketing Manager - Hampshire Based - Autonomous, Hands On Role...

We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager on behalf of this busy, expanding business based in South Hampshire.

The role is extremely varied, and will primarily involve taking ownership of all Marketing activity both on a B2B and B2C basis. The successful candidate will work with the Sales & Marketing Director to determine appropriate marketing strategies and advertising campaigns. They will also manage all B2B and B2C email marketing and point of sale materials.

The Marketing Manager will spend time working with the Account Management team to devise marketing strategies for specific clients. They will also support the sales teams in the branding and production of bids and tenders, whilst being the 'brand ambassador' for the business.

Report production and competitor analysis will also form important parts of the role, as will the management of an external PR Agency.

Requirements...

In order to apply, you must have a minimum of three years experience as a Marketing Manager. Both B2B AND B2C Marketing experience is preferred, however consideration will be given to candidates with only B2B experience who match all other requirements.

CIM qualified and highly innovative and imaginative, the successful candidate will have bags of drive and enthusiasm. A hands on approach is also essential since this is a stand alone role.
