Job Description:

This is a varied and diverse role that would suit someone who is flexible and willing to learn new skills.
Warehouse duties to include
 
·        Receiving, moving, checking and storing incoming goods
·        Packaging and labelling products before they are dispatched.
·        Helping to ship out over 1500 boats a year.
·        Occasionally delivering stock to customers in the UK and in Europe.
·        Unloading/Loading of lorries
·        Keeping the warehouse area tidy
·        Quality control all goods in and out and report on problems
·        Plus any other duties the Operations Manager may require you to complete

Workshop duties to include:
·        Preparation of new boats to customer specification
·        Detailed refurbishment of pre-owned boats
·        Small gelcoat repairs
·        Rope work & rigging

Essential Skills:
·        Must be physically fit.
·        Must own a full, clean driving license with an entitlement to tow trailers
·        Able to work as part of a team and independently
·        Knowledge of health and safety regulations
·        Reliable
·        Flexible
·        Able to work quickly without supervision
·        Good communication abilities
·        Ability to complete basic paperwork
·        Knowledge of small sailing craft


Desirable Skills:
·        Forklift truck certification
·        GRP repairs
·        Splicing & rigging
