We are a collaborative multi-academy trust, with a strong belief that education is the key to transforming lives and securing social mobility. The success of our academies is due to strong leadership that inspire and lead a team of dedicated staff, with shared values and an ethos of continual improvement in a people centric environment.

Working together you will find a great deal of staff collaboration across the Trust, benefitting pupils and staff, whilst fully committed and understanding of differing approaches required to provide the support and needs of the local community in which the academy serves.

In September 2019 we will be welcoming two new Headteachers, one to Highbury Primary School, located in Highbury, Portsmouth and the other to Berewood Primary School located in Waterlooville. Both academies are Group size 3 and categorised as good schools, with some outstanding features. However, as with all our academies, the needs of the community and the challenges each academy has on their journey to outstanding are different.
