Do you have experience of managing a small warehouse team, responsible for both goods in and out?

Reporting into the Head of UK Operations, managing a small team of 4 (van drivers and warehouse operatives) the Warehouse Manager will manage the warehouse for inbound and outbound goods.

What will you be doing?
·Manage the team of warehouse operatives, ensuring daily targets are met
·Manage goods in, stock control and inventory, ensuring you meet client expectations
·Manage goods out, deliveries, logistics, and van drivers
·Maintain continuous improvement methodologies
·Ensure health and safety culture adopted by all
·Coordinate and plan daily to ensure KPIs and targets met

What do you need?
·Previous experience of managing a warehouse team (your manager works remotely, so little supervision)
·At least a year's experience in managing a warehouse
·Must hold or be willing to gain an internal F.L.T (counterbalance) license
·Willing to take on H&S & role/business related training.

What's on offer?
