Aldingbourne Trust is part of the Gr8 Support Movement (www.paradigm-uk.org) and we are looking for people   to join us on this journey.  You don’t have to have worked in social care before, you just need to be adventurous and curious about life and willing to share that to support others. We are currently looking for females (because of personal support needed) to join an amazing team supporting two Gr8 women!

‘L’ loves musicals, getting out and about every day using her car, and being included in everyday life routines like cooking. L needs support to manage her day and stick to her routine as this is what helps feel in control, but at the same time we want people who will explore opportunities for L to expand her world and experiences.

E is an aspiring artist who loves history and learning. She also takes great pride over her personal appearance and loves a beauty treatment! E has a voluntary job and also loves music and dance. E’s needs people in her life to help her plan things, and to reassure her when she feels a little low or unsure.
 
The contractual hours for these positions are 25-37.5 hours per week
and involve sleep-in duties
 
Salary starting dependent on skills and experience will be pro-rata where part-time.
