The Aldingbourne Trust has a rich history of working in partnership with people we support to develop services. This is a new post and will focus on Co-production and Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). The focus will be to strengthen what we already do, and working alongside people bring alive opportunities across the organisation and beyond.
We are looking for a motivated and passionate person who can see the value of working in this way and who has the skills to translate this into a strategy that is meaningful to everyone.
You will be based at one of our Community Hubs in Bognor Regis, but your focus of work will be across the whole Trust.
The contractual hours for this post are 37.5 hours per week over 7 days
