You will be required to carry out the following tasks for Sales Support.


The job

• Processing customer orders with precise accuracy
• Customer order book reconciliation
• Expediting of customer requirements with support functions and external sources
• To support the introduction of best practice through continuous evaluation and implementation of efficient process and procedures
• Resolution of customer queries
• Promotion of company objectives and values

Must have's

• Positive courteous telephone manner
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels
• Must be able to prioritise workload without impinging on day to day activities
• Must demonstrate co-operative, positive attitude with strong work ethic and ability to work to deadlines
• Computer literate, foundation Microsoft Office skills
• Able to act on own initiative
