Harvey John is working with a top 4 UK Insolvency firm to find an Assistant Manager to join their expanding network at their Kent location. Based a 10 minute drive from Maidstone East station, this role offers the opportunity to ditch the commute and get out of the city.

You will join their growing team, keen to harness your experience to coach and train the junior team, whilst managing your own corporate and personal caseload. This firm is flexible, looking to mold the role the ideal candidate depending on your experience or preferences.

You'll be responsible for;

• Assisting with the collection of debts, distributions of funds & disposal of assets
• Partaking in negotiations with both creditors and investors
• Leading investigations into a business asset
• Dividing and delegating workloads, managing timelines, and workflow for the team
• Liaising across departments, internally and externally with other agents & solicitors

You'll be;

• Ideally CPI (certificate of proficiency in insolvency) qualified, or studying toward it
• Experienced in insolvency with 2-5 years in a similar role
• An excellent communicator, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing dynamics, both work and team-wise
