In this supportive role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with them and responding to requests and enquiries in a friendly and helpful manner. You'll take pride in your high standards of customer care, ensuring they are wowed and delighted each time they visit.  

You'll be a natural leader and someone your team looks up to, supervising them and training them to the highest standard.

What you'll need:

• The ability to adapt to varying workloads, remaining cool as a cucumber during super busy times
• Supervisory and training experience
• Bags of positivity and be a great team player
• Food hygiene level 1 or level 2
