Picture yourself as our IT Helpdesk Supervisor, responsible for our internal IT Helpdesk service - the 'go to' team for the 550 users around the Goodwood Estate.
Based at the world-famous motor circuit, you'll be the font of all knowledge for hardware and software problems, and will lead and develop our successful team to resolve support tickets patiently and efficiently for a variety of IT issues.
This role will be perfect for someone who has 3 years’ experience of working on a Helpdesk, supporting a medium sized business at a 2nd Line level, and looking to build on that knowledge and supervise a team.

What you’ll need:
We're lucky to work in stunning countryside. Having your own reliable transport is a must.
The Helpdesk is covered from 8am to 6pm. The shifts are 8am to 4.30pm, 9am to 5.30pm or 9.30 to 6pm worked on a rota basis.
