If you have experience in a legal or administrative setting and you're up to the challenge of channeling your experience in a highly specialised global role, this could certainly be your lucky break!

More often than not, these types of roles will not offer you the chance to advance yourself technically and professionally. However, you'll be joining a leading player in the global tax compliance market and will be trained to onboard their clients across the global insurance market.

What makes this different?

Taxes in the insurance sector are complex. So it's not just enough to simply 'register' or 'onboard' clients. You'll be trained in the field of Insurance Premium Tax by some of the industry's most talented professionals and, to top it off, you'll be the first Onboarding Associate in the team. This means that, as the business grows, you'll be strategically placed to potentially lead this function.

What will my day to day look like?

• Act as first point of contact for new clients pre and post-sale to lead the registration process across EU/EEA authorities and obtain tax IDs
• Create and file accurate company registrations for our clients within strict deadlines
• Manage the completion of client contractual documentation
• Regular correspondence and contact with clients, network offices, and local tax authorities
• Monitor progress of tax registrations for every client in every territory
• Develop and implement new operational processes for client registrations to enhance service delivery and drive cost efficiencies
• Build and maintain Territory Registration Manuals and supporting templates, updating iteratively as required
• Keep up to date with changes in local tax legislation in relation to registration processes

About you

This role would be best suited to professionals with a strong legal eye and the ability to coordinate new processes. Ideally you will have 2-4 years legal or administrative experience or come from a tax registrations background.
