About the Role:

As Sales Administrator you will serve as a point of contact for Trade accounts supporting our global distribution network and trade customer base. You will also be receiving and processing orders and ensuring the successful follow through to delivery. In this role you will also provide professional support to the Part & Service manager 

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing of orders received via email or phone 
  
  
• Checking data accuracy in orders received and invoices raised 
  
  
• Contacting customers to obtain missing information or answer questions
  
  
• Liaising with the logistic department and operations team planner, to ensure timely deliveries
  
  
• Provide key support to the Key trade accounts
  
  
• Communicating important feedback from customers internally
  
  
• Tracking shipments to ensure that all deliveries are made on time and update clients
  
  

Key skills/experience: 

• A background in sales, customer service or office manager roles would be of benefit to this role
  
  
• The desirable candidate must have experience with administrative and clerical procedures and have a high attention to detail
  
  
• Time management abilities
  
  
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
  
  
• Be able to behave as a team player, assisting with various tasks as required. 
  
  
• Obtain high motivation with a professional attitude
  
  
• Solid written and verbal communication skills are necessary for this role
  
  
• Knowledge of Boat an advantage but not essential
