The event hospitality team offer a number of exciting opportunities for customers to experience the ultimate day out at our headline events from the comfort of our world-class hospitality enclosures. 

We are looking for a Hospitality Operations Manager who will be responsible for delivering extraordinary experiences for our hospitality guests. You'll lead the team of planners, owning the customer journey from post-sales all the way through until after the event. You'll work closely with a number of internal stakeholders to ensure that customer requirements are exceeded.       

What you'll have:

  • Previous experience of working in an event planning/hospitality operations role within a large-scale event environment;
  • You'll use your knowledge and skills to support the wider team;
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to undertake financial reconciliation and the effective management of invoices and payment;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

This is a fixed term position to cover a period of maternity leave for up to 12 months.
