Our Central Sales team have a varied and exciting role to play in proactively selling and building long term relationships with local, regional and national clients, delivering revenue across the Goodwood estate.
We are looking for two Business Development Managers to join our team. You'll proactively sell to and build long-term relationships with corporate clients, SMEs and individuals, with the objective of delivering revenue growth across the whole estate.
One role will have a primary focus on Sporting Sales such as corporate golf days and memberships, clay shoot with a meeting and events sales requirement across the Goodwood estate.
One role will have a primary focus on selling headline event hospitality with associated account management responsibilities.
You'll operate as part of the Central Sales Team, to deliver upon strategies which drive new business from all sectors, with a focused team target, personal revenue target and associated KPIs.
You can certainly expect no two days to be the same, as you could be networking in London one day, and working at one of our event days the next. Flexibility is therefore required with regard to working hours. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills across all levels are key for this role and you’ll be a natural at creating detailed sales plans that deliver revenue.
