The Kennels, Goodwood’s private member's clubhouse, is looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our passionate and creative kitchen team.
The Role
You’ll lead your own section within The Kennels kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver inspiring, high-quality dishes. You’ll contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team that takes pride in exceeding guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver dishes to a consistently high standard
Manage the setup, smooth running, and handover of your section
Maintain excellent hygiene and manage wastage
Provide accurate daily ordering information
Support colleagues across the kitchen and uphold Goodwood standards

Strong attention to detail and an eye for presentation
Ability to prioritise, take responsibility, and work both independently and as part of a team
Clear communication and a willingness to learn and develop

What Makes You Successful
Experience in a similar role within a quality or fine dining environment
Background working in larger or multi-kitchen teams
Awareness of food costs and margins
Ability to develop dishes that enhance the dining experience
Relevant hospitality or catering qualifications
