The role;
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to begin a career with one of the largest employers in the area. As part of the installations team you will be taking calls from customers who require an update regarding their installation status. You will also be required to liaise with engineers, reschedule visits and process installation orders. This position will require a high level of customer service at all times and you will be required to work between the hours of 8.00-23.00 on a shift rota over a 7 day working week.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and want to begin a career within an award winning company. You will be a natural communicator, enthusiastic and be available immediately.
