On behalf of a client in the Romsey area, Blue Leaf have been asked to recruit a Sage Line 50 experienced Accounting Assistant.
This role will initially be on a part time basis (this will be guaranteed for 6 months) but we may have to extend the hours depending on the demands of the business. Initial hours will be around 3 per day.
Knowledge of Sage Line 50 is essential along with a minimum of two years office experience. Hours can be flexible, must be able to work as part of a team, be hard working and dedicated.
•Must have excellent communication skills being well-spoken with a good command of the English language
•The ability to quickly learn various software programs such, have experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
•Must have working knowledge of Sage
•Numerate
Day to day duties will include, but are not limited to:
•Answering incoming calls.
•Entering supplier invoices.
•Matching supplier invoices to statements.
•Stationery Ordering.
•Dealing with any invoice queries.
•Responding to emails
•Sending out monthly statements.
•Reconciling Supplier accounts
•Filing.
•Ad hoc duties for the Operations Team.
The pay rate will be between £8.00 and £9.00 per hour and the position is available with immediate effect.
