Dutch speaking customer service support advisor required to join a busy team within a well established environment. Customer service experience essential as candidates will be working in a busy team within the contact centre, handling incoming telephone calls and handling email requests and queries from customers. Candidates will have an excellent verbal and written understanding of Dutch as you will be working in the Dutch team, handling calls in Dutch. Customer Service experience is essential and candidates are required to be able to commit to a permanent position on a long term basis.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- handling incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner
- handle technical support enquires
- Ensure that ISO procedures are observed at all times
- support other teams within the organisation to ensure efficiency within the organisation
- escalate problems or queries to the appropriate manager

To include any other reasonable duties (pertaining to the above position) to be carried out as directed by the client.
