You will be working within a sales team and will be responsible for developing the business by promoting and selling company products across the UK, mainly through the medium of the telephone. You may occasionally hold face-to-face meetings with customers.
Answer incoming enquiry calls from prospective and existing customers in a professional manner.
Make calls to prospective and existing customers in order to persuade them to purchase products, and/or to provide them with information.
Ensure caller questions are answered promptly and thoroughly, either by you or by other more knowledgeable members of staff.
Keep accurate records on the computer database, according to the instructions given to you.
Maintain and develop pipeline of business.
