In this senior position, Goodwood is looking to recruit a discerning General Manager, with significant experience in building a strong team to deliver WOW moments to customers and with an unrivelled ambition to accelerate business growth.

We are entering an exciting phase in our history with a substantial investment in the Hotel, which will really put us on the Map.

You will be a natural communicator with the ability to grow a skilful, highly motivated and passionate team, rooted in our values, whilst refining processes to deliver a best in class ‘High Touch’ hospitality experience to our guests. You will also have a can-do attitude and a passion to drive standards.  

As an experienced Hotel General Manager, you will have the confidence to manage multiple stakeholder relationships within the Hotel and across the group, possessing strong experience in all aspects of hotel management.

Most importantly, you will be an inspirational leader and have a passion for delivering unique customer experiences.
