We are looking for a Team Leader to join the Dispatch team at Goodwood who are the team responsible for fulfilling and dispatching all event tickets and collateral to external and internal customers. 

You'll be the key point of contact for day to day queries and you'll oversee the team of Executives to ensure they have the tools needed to meet their targets as well as effective workflow management.

On-event you will support the wider Ticket Office team and during peak times you'll get stuck in to help the dispatch team with fulfilling and dispatching tickets.

What you'll need:

• Experience of working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including Word, Excel and Access)
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritise and organise workload
