About The Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Housekeeping Team Leader to join our Housekeeping team at West Dean, playing a pivotal role in the care and upkeep of our historic properties.

The successful candidate will work with our housekeeping team to ensure that the West Dean properties are kept in a clean and orderly condition, to meet and exceed our customer expectations.  The Team Leader will oversee individual working areas, ensuring that departmental standards are being maintained.

What You Can Offer Us

Successful candidates will need experience in a similar position, have excellent cleaning skills with great attention to detail, have the ability to work on their own initiative, as well as with a team, and be physically able to do prolonged standing, walking and undertake medium lifting (GOR).

Excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to follow procedures and effectively manage tasks, are essential.

CONTRACT:  Permanent / Full Time
SALARY:  £21,840 per annum
HOURS:  35 hours per week / five days per week (including weekends and bank holidays)
