A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our exceptional Motorsport Event Operations team who are responsible for planning and delivering our headline Motorsport Events; Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival & Members’ Meeting.

As the Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient management of the Goodwood Storage Facility, it’s users and the stock stored within it. 

You'll work collaboratively and proactively with the Event Operations team and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all stock is organised and distributed effectively and efficiently to ensure exceptional event delivery.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to continuously prioritise is essential to the success of this role. Ideally you will have previous experience of warehouse management and will have broad knowledge of best practice warehousing principles, policies and processes as well as a strong understanding of relevant Health and Safety regulations.

You'll be great at building relationships and enthusiastic and collaborative in your approach. You will enjoy working with key stakeholders to drive improvements and efficiencies across all aspects of the role.

What you'll need:

• A passion for what you do, with a positive and friendly with a “can do attitude”
• Confidence to challenge the norm, to make decisions and to stand by them
• Ability to prioritise and organise with good attention to detail
• A proactive approach taking responsibility for yourself and others
• Good influencing skills
• A valid UK driving licence and, preferably, a valid forklift licence
